Robert Williamson was first introduced to yoga four years ago to improve his martial arts. He immediately felt the positive effects and healing benefits of yoga, leaving him at ease. Wanting to dive deeper into his practice he enrolled in Yoga Trees 200 hour Teacher Training program. Graduating in 2017. He enjoys sharing yoga. When he's not teaching or practicing he can be found on the mat teaching or training Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. He is a blue belt and helps teach the kids class daily, camps, and parents night out. He also studies Tibetan Buddhist meditation through the nyingma institute in Berkeley.
